The function of this software is to force you to elicit ideas and values for each of the elements that apply to the principle(s). By forcing yourself to go through these elements regularly, you increase the number of ideas generated, the diversity of ideas generated and the novelty of ideas generated (this is a definition of creativity). Simply being prolific increases the number, diversity and novelty of ideas produced.Whilst there are a certain number of macro elements to this principle, there are many micro elements. You need to go through each element and ensure that sufficient attention has been devoted to each. You should attempt to elicit at least THREE ideas for each element(s). Further, it is wise to do this regularly and keep a record to monitor your evolution. Additionally, this principle must be integrated holistically with other [strategic, analytical] perspectives.
From another perspective: consider your own work / company / project: which elements do you / does it fulfil? Go through the elements in turn and for each one give yourself a score. Low scores must be attended to (concentrate on weaknesses) and high scores must be enhanced (concentrate on strengths).
